JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for football. As a Sales Representative at Kickwise, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients, including football clubs, academies, and other organizations in the football industry.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Present and promote our recruitment solutions and services to prospective clients.

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the football industry.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.

  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.

  • Knowledge of the football industry and recruitment processes is a plus.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
